All our RCV Valve branded products are under our factory warranty for 2 years against manufacturing defects, excluding improper installation and misuse. Additionally, we provide fast support for the supply of spare parts (gaskets, stems, etc.).

We maintain a large ready stock for our standard-sized ball, gate, and check valve product lines. For out-of-stock or custom-made items, our lead time is generally between 2 to 4 weeks, depending on the order quantity. 🚚

All our products are manufactured under the ISO 9001:2015 quality management system. Depending on the area of use, our valves show full compliance with CE, TSE, API, and ANSI standards. Relevant technical compliance documents are provided to our customers with each shipment.

Every single valve leaving our factory is subjected to 100% pressure and leakage testing according to API 598 or EN 12266-1 standards before shipment. No product that fails the body strength and stem seal tests is allowed to be dispatched.

Yes. For specific pressure, temperature, or material requirements (duplex steel, special alloys, etc.) outside our standard product catalog, we offer custom design and production solutions in collaboration with our engineering team.
